To establish comprehensive job and competency repositories in the field of agricultural engineering across four disciplines, a systematic approach was undertaken in collaboration with the Institution for Agricultural Research and Higher Education (IRESA). Firstly, an extensive identification process was conducted with several employers to determine the specific jobs and competences required within each discipline.
Subsequently, two training sessions were organized on January 12th and 17th, bringing together all the professors involved in this project in order to transform these skills into well-structured study plans and ensure their compatibility with the job market’s needs.
