Matine Consulting had the pleasure of preparing and facilitating the second edition of Kyufi’s Marketing Strategy Workshop, held on February 24th at the prestigious Pavillon Royal in Paris.​
This international event brought together Kyufi brand’s main distributors, representing over 15 markets across 4 continents. The hybrid format
allowed some participants to be physically present in Paris, while others could follow the exchanges online.

A day of strategic exchanges
The workshop was structured around three main axes:​

  • Analysis of local dynamics in each market
  • Kyufi’s differentiating positioning in these various markets​
  • Identification of levers to address distribution challenges​​

Participants from Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Libya, Côte d’Ivoire, Egypt, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, France, Germany, Switzerland,
Moldova, Canada, Serbia, Russia, and Spain shared their experiences and contributed to enriching the brand’s global marketing strategy.
