Technological innovation for the olive sector
In recent weeks, Matine Consulting has had the pleasure of contributing to an opportunity study concerning an innovative mobile application, combining artificial intelligence and satellite image processing to support the Tunisian olive sector.​
This cutting-edge technological solution aims to provide olive growers with:

  • A precise identity card of their plots​​​
  • A real health record for olive trees, capable of automatically detecting anomalies through satellite images and AI algorithms​​

Our contribution to the project​
Matine Consulting’s mission was structured around two main axes:

  1. Strategic evaluation: Analyze the solution and its positioning in the Tunisian market​
